Gauri Dayal, M.D. – Medical Advisor

Dr. Dayal graduated Valedictorian from Friendswood High School and then earned a Bachelor’s degree with highest honors from UT-Austin. She completed her medical school training at Baylor College of Medicine and is a board-certified Family Physician who has been in private practice in the League City area for the past 12 years. She is thrilled to offer a weight loss method that emphasizes a long term transition to healthy eating and lifelong weight maintenance.

She has been very pleased with the positive health effects she is observing in many of her patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, gastroesophageal reflux disease and sleep apnea as they lose weight. On a personal note, Dr. Dayal went on the diet herself before she put any of her patients on it to get full confidence in the method and its efficacy and ease of use.

 

 

 

Jessica Christian – Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, League City

Jessica has such a strong passion for nutrition that she left a successful career in Business Management to pursue Nutritional Health. She is a registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and has offered nutritional guidance to her yoga students for many years, while also counseling many others through their weight loss journeys and pursuit of personal wellness. As a student and working mother, Jessica understands the complications individuals face in prioritizing their health in a busy lifestyle; and strives to help others through that process with guidance along with support, education and motivation.

She is completing a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Houston. In addition to her experience in nutritional counseling, Jessica also has research experience from Baylor College of Medicine and USDA’s Children’s Nutritional Research Center, where she worked on a study of pediatric obesity. Jessica’s greatest desire is to educate people about nutrition and the effects nutrition has on their health. Her passion for total wellness and helping others drives her to bring relatable and manageable information and practices to all, while also offering a reliable support system.

 

 

Chloé Houck – Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, Friendswood

Chloé is a fun-loving and compassionate Nutrition and Wellness Coach who goes above and beyond for her dieters. She enjoys using her passion for promoting health in creative ways to make a difference in people’s lives. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Houston and is a Certified Nutrition and Wellness consultant.

In her seven years of work experience, she has worked extensively to educate people in the areas of nutrition, weight loss, fitness, strength training, balance and flexibility. Her expertise has further been developed through her nutrition and fitness work with special populations such as seniors, bariatric surgery patients, college athletes, and HIV/AIDS patients. Her motto is “People | Passion | Excellence.”

 

Jackie Klein – Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, League City

Jackie has been providing nutritional counseling for over 20 years, and has helped thousands of people lose weight and keep it off. Her great passion in life is assisting others to live and feel healthier, and to help you embrace the many wonderful benefits of mental and physical well-being. She believes everyone can feel great and have more energy by incorporating healthy, great tasting food and moderate, enjoyable exercise into their busy lives. Jackie is a dedicated teacher and knows that this isn’t always easy to do!

Jackie graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Dietetics. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. She realizes the challenges that people face and is prepared to guide her dieters through every step of the way to achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. The true component to overall well-being is teaching clients to make a lifestyle change and create healthier habits for the rest of their lives.

 

Erika

Erika has always had a passion for helping others, and she is finally in a position to pursue that passion. Early on in her college career, Erika wanted to be a nurse. Her thought process was simple… “nurses are the patients’ advocates; they are there for them every step of the way.” During her required pharmacology course, she learned that a lot of drugs only suppressed the pain and almost every prescribed drug caused additional side-effects for the patient. This realization did not sit well with her conscience; her job had the potential to cause more harm than good to a person. She did further research and gained a better understanding on effects of diet on overall health. Her thought process changed to something even simpler… “Help people understand that their diet has a bigger impact on living a healthy lifestyle and can reduce or even eliminate dependence on prescription drugs.” This realization is what has led her to the path that she is pursuing currently. She believes that healthy eating is vital to one’s wellbeing. She wants to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle and help people take preventive measures to minimize the risk for chronic illnesses. To be best prepared to inspire others, Erika, currently, is completing a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of Houston and is planning to become a registered dietitian. She has seen and experienced the immense benefits the Ideal Protein protocol offers people trying to lose weight. She looks forward to helping our Ideal Weigh & Wellness dieters achieve their goals and learn to develop healthy eating habits to maintain a life-long healthy weight.

The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
